Hello all,

This is just a quick note to say the employment court has given the injunction to CIE.

This means that you are to continue to work how you have done up to now.

This is just a very short note and more to follow in the very near future.

We need to have some time to study the decision and get back to you in detail. We will also update you on the mediation that also happened today.

Just for clariety we have withdrawn all notices of industrial action so ther is no actions to take place at this stage.
